Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 13, 2026

This policy covers WWR YouTube, the private tool RJ Word uses to manage his own YouTube channel, A Word on Westerns. The tool is not offered to the public. Only the channel owner signs in to it.

What the tool accesses: when the channel owner signs in with Google, the tool uses YouTube API Services to upload and schedule videos on the owner’s channel and set their titles, descriptions and thumbnails; to read the channel’s videos and their status; and to read the channel’s YouTube Analytics and Reporting data.

How the data is used: only to publish the owner’s videos on schedule and to report on the channel’s performance to the owner. It is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Where the data is kept: sign-in tokens and downloaded reports are stored only on the owner’s own computers. Nothing is stored on a public server.

Your controls: you can revoke the tool’s access at any time from your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

This tool uses YouTube API Services. By using it you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). Google’s Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) describes how Google handles your data.
